We are looking to expand our team and trying to on board Key Account Managers for Chennai & Bangalore.
Job Description:
- Primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction.
- Day to day management of the relationship with key corporate clients.
- Oversee and be accountable for the quality and on time delivery of our services to the clients.
- Communicate effectively with the clients to build strong working relationships, to understand each client's needs and to provide service options / guidance for their unique requirements.
- Coordinate with teams within the organisation to ensure that clients get the best possible service.
- Providing inputs to customize workflow.
Open to look at candidates from any industry with strong Key account management experience and excellent communication skills.
