Key Account Manager - Retail (Alternate Channel)
The Key Account Manager provides direct support to the SR.GM - Retail by ensuring end to end services to the PLSIN empanelled retailers, like; National Modern Format & Regional Modern Format, Government Canteen Stores (CPC, CSD, etc.), Ecommerce and Exclusive Brand Shops
Major Responsibilities :
- Revenue, Data Analysis, Retail Servicing, Sales & Marketing
- Organized Retail / MFR, Exclusive Brand Retail and Institutional Sales
- Excellent sales/negotiation skills
- Good relationship building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural).
- Problem solving skills
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret research data accurately
- Sound computer skills, especially in the areas of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
