Role Responsibilities:
- Work with the Commercial Marketing On-Premise team, to continue building the model for long-term partnership with our customers leveraging Clients's Prestige Credentials: prestige brands, bespoke experiences/ serve strategy for these imagery accounts
- Keep a healthy inventory while focusing on store availability and sell-out activities
- Keep the POS information updated in real time on "sales force" software
- Securing and tracking the annual budget on monthly basis
- Liaise with the advocacy team to ensure barman training to build product knowledge and advocacy lead.
- Visit the customers following the service norm defined for the territory.
- Working along with Customer Marketing to help translate global toolkits, guidelines, and promotions into relevant activations.
- Capture market best practices and share them regularly, including competitor activity.
- Provide pre and post-analysis and KPI's for all brand activations in Luxury Key accounts & ensuring the evaluation and learning in order to maximize the effectiveness of our trade & business investments (TI & BI). Share results with the team on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in business/management program from Tier 1 reputed institution
- Articulate and business oriented with experience in Joint business plan, execution at point of sales -bar and liquor store
- 8+ years' experience with 5-6 Years as Key Account Manager in in Alcobev or relevant industries (FMCG)
- Preferable minimum 2-year experience in the on-premise business. Desirable in the Prestige / Luxury category
- Strong budget management and focused maximization of the investment opportunities
- Team player with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the supporting functions
- Lives and breath the prestige environment and can convey that vision to our customers
- Demonstrates high levels of adaptability, and flexibility when faced with ambiguous challenges and the use of new networks and entrepreneurial skills.
