Key Account Manager-Affinity partnerships
Location: Mumbai
- Manage key Enterprise client relationships: INSURANCE/FINTECH/BANKS/NBFC
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact. Build a deep understanding of their business and proactively identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions.
- Conduct in-depth need analysis and consultative selling to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their pain points. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to the partners.
- Liaising with the Enterprise partner teams to Launch New Products.
- Manage the operations across different functions on a daily basis to meet the business goals.
- Execute customer engagement programs to drive utilization and healthy persistency levels.
- Share monthly partnership updates like utilization report, performance update etc, with key stakeholders.
- Working with National Head on new business development pipeline/on-boarding and new Affinity partnerships.
