Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives and work collaboratively to develop digital strategies that align with their goals.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on data analysis and industry trends.
Communication and Reporting:
- Clearly communicate campaign performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients on a regular basis.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports outlining campaign results and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, technical, and analytical teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
