ROLE : This role is responsible to identify areas for cross-selling/ up-selling for existing customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and partnering with the sales team for deal closure in order to increase revenue and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Account Management :
- Proactively implement the business's strategic account planning processes and adhere to performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones for weekly/ monthly/ annual periods
- Record and maintain P&L sheets, pipeline sheets etc. that are required and provide information to the senior management as required
- Coordinate the involvement of the necessary business personnel inclusive of support, service, and resource management in order to meet key account performance objectives and the consumers' expectations
- Coordinate and develop fact sheets, sales reports, revenue reports, proposals, etc. for management
- Record and maintain expense tracker accurately for the department; highlight deviations and suggest recommendations
- Maintain records and documentation of the department accurately for future references and review
- Assist the seniors to develop advisor relationships with assigned key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Close the AMC contract on time by the end of the year and coordinate for payment to be received
Business Development :
- Conduct trend analysis on customer accounts and highlight cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to seniors
- Coordinate with the sales team to complete the formalities and exchange required information/documents for onboarding and integrating new clients and maintaining updates of existing clients
- Support in developing and implementing customer-centric solutions
- Support in identification and building strategic relationships with external stakeholders and industrial leaders to develop a pipeline of business / potential client leads
- Work with the Sales/ Pre-sales team to onboard and integrate new services for existing customers and enhance customer relationships
Campaign Management :
- Come up with campaign ideas, support/ coordinate in developing the campaign (technical plans like which accounts/ clients to target, mode of communication etc.) and implement the campaigns
- Record the results of the campaign and record them in the pipeline sheet based on queries received
Process Improvement :
- Research and contribute inputs to increase the effectiveness of customer relationship programs
- Draft and communicate the Account/Relationship Management policies and procedures
- Prepare quarterly departmental progress reports for review
