Key Account Management - NBFC Mumbai
- We are looking to hire in the Account Management team on war footing note.
- Candidates with 6 to 8 years of experience in Banks/NBFC/ Auto-Leasing firms, managing mid-large corporates.
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing of Business from Existing Customers / Key Accounts. Maintaining relationships with all decision makers and complete account mapping
- Price and structure deals using Company pricing guidelines
- Serves as primary contact for lease processing activities, transaction status management and day-to-day relationship management.
- Manage key lease life cycle events, such as End of term Management, Extensions , Redeployment.
- Explore opportunities to do leasing for different equipment type within an account
- Handle End of term discussions with the client
- Understand review and recover residual value positions for each transaction for various accounts being handled
- Candidate must ensure we have secure business from the allocated accounts and manage the portfolio to ensure it is healthy
- Coordination with internal operations team, client and vendor to ensure smooth operations and no client grievance.
Requirements :
- Strong analytical, problem solving and sales skills, with the ability to apply creative and innovative solutions and focus on profitability while meeting the needs of the customer .
- Ability to work in a cross-departmental environment,
- Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively under constrained timeframes .
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications ; especially excel
