Job Description :
- FMCG Experience in Ecommerce a must
- Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, monitor operational performance, improve debtor days, ensure continued partnership with customers and build relationships outside the more formal business environment.
- Develop new business to increase volume and revenue growth
- Responsible for sales results and building a platform for the maintenance and growth of the company's business in the medium to long term
- Responsible for developing, understanding the Key Account Plan for each customer so the company can map out its customers history and help determine their future and so that both the company and its customers can grow.
- GT experience preferred
