- Develop and maintain a strategic long-term relationship with key dealers (large dealers) to accomplish organic growth and the company's long-term objectives.
- Attain a thorough understanding of key dealer's needs and requirements; any specific problems hindering sales or payments suggest solutions in tandem with Branch Managers and COO.
- Frequently visit key dealers and gather their feedback on schemes, product categories, and any additional services or requirements.
- Expanding the business with key dealers by continuously proposing solutions to offer different schemes, and manpower requirements and handling product/ service issues that meet their objectives.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by key dealers and handle their complaints to maintain trust.
- Measure, track, and analyze the sales growth of key accounts and peers in the geography.
- Play an integral part in maintaining organic and generating new sales from the key accounts.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the Branch Managers, COO, and MD using key account metrics.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly.
- Serve as a point of communication between key dealers and internal teams.
- Keep abreast with industry, market trends, and best practices.
