Job Role : - Help develop, influence &amp; drive the business for Company, within specified Modern Trade chain accounts &amp; Ecommerce players. - To identify and appoint new distributors, along with the KAM, in the defined geography. - To enable the process of opening of new accounts for Company, as required. - To enable the effective &amp; efficient servicing of the stores within the defined geography. - To help in the process of order generation, merchandising and stock management at the store level. - Translate in-market sales to primary shipment to distributor. - Effective tracking of sales &amp; offtake data, so as to enable decision making. Requirement : - Candidates should be Graduates. Those having an MBA shall be given preference. - Must have worked in the FMCG industry for at least 4-7 years at the frontline level, of which the last two years minimum, should have been in a position of similar responsibility. Experience of the food industry shall be an added advantage.
