Job Description :
Sales Management : Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth. Forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
Business Development : Implementing the long term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organisational objectives. Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augmenting turnover and achieving desired targets.
- Distribution Management : Identifying and networking with reliable dealers/channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. Periodic monitoring the performance of retailer, wholesale & distributors regarding sales.
Sales force & Merchandiser Management : Interfacing with secondary sales force & Merchandisers to work as per company norms. Instructing and working along with them for Top execution. Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
