Quality Assurance - Dairy Experience

1. Creating and implementing Quality Assurance policies and procedures.

2. Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.

3. Assessment of Vendors and Outlets for ensuring quality checks.

4. Responsible for monthly audits :

Warehouse - Ensuring that the quality and standards of the company are met.

Outlets - Assuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

5. Ensuring the right quality of the all incoming raw materials and packing materials as well as for semi-finished and finished goods at regional commissary.

6. Implement, and maintain a quality plan to bring company's Quality Management Systems and policies into compliance with various quality system requirements.

7. To achieve & maintain HACCP, ISO 9001/22000 or relevant certification.

8. Shortlist and finalising the suppliers and responsible for periodic checks of all the suppliers.

9. Shortlist more suppliers for better quality and cost.

10. Responsible for handling product's quality complaints at regional level.

11. Ensuring the compliance of the various parameters points as per company's standards.

12. Generating MIS out of Monthly QA Score Card, Store Audit, Commissary Audit on International Format, Weekly QA Report(Customer Complaints).

13. Follow up with vendor and purchase team regarding any deviation from specs/quality in the raw and packing materials.

14. Ensuring the proper and effective implementation of the SOPs for production, quality and handling, packing during New Product Launch

15. To explore quality best practices available in any industry.
