Business Head / Channel Sales Head- FMCG

- Develop and implement strategic plans

- Develop/Control budgets, guide and lead staffs at all levels; from department heads through to operators

- Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees

- Provide solid leadership, coaching, direction and resources to enable the various teams to execute and delivering company objectives

- Oversee, coordinate sales and workshop activities in accordance with company objectives

- Support in developing relationships with customers and maintaining commitments with customers regarding to service, quality and timelines

- Increase company effectiveness through leading staffs, this is delivered through active recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Plan, monitor and appraise job results

- Drive continuous process for improvement in inventory control and sales collection

- Responsible and accountable for financial results

- Management of the Company operations at various locations

- Maintain production plant and process

- Lead projects to optimize production technology, to increase production capacity, to establish new production segments

- Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Management, Production control and planning

- Quality assurance (also for productivity and on-time delivery) including operation relations to customers

- Coordination of release of mass production

- Planning of production costs

- Manufacturing P/L responsibility, Sales and Marketing P/L responsibility- Planning of purchase, sales and marketing costs

- Coordination between Sales, Purchases, Production and Marketing functions Management of Distribution System Marketing and Sales strategy and execution at national level

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
