- Design, write and/or product presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, reports, publicity brochures and information for websites
- Responsible for managing PR agency, Social Digital Media, Branding / Graphics Agency ensuring results in line with the business objectives
- Maintain relations with media professionals in print, television, radio as well as the internet
- Research and evaluate PR agencies based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability and distribution capabilities and their reputation and history
- Consult with PR agencies to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, the organization or individuals
- Work with the PR agency and business heads to strategize and implement a sound PR plan to ensure visibility in the media
- Be the point person for all media related queries. Manage media coverage and communications for the company
- Execute marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, a creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of the impact
- Execute Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis
- Execute Social Media Marketing efforts. Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Create and execute SMS and Email based marketing campaigns
- Continuously review and active management of the website and other online assets
- Implement social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness
- Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs and seeding content into social applications as needed
- Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues, answering questions and responding to reviews where appropriate
- Play a critical role in improving the company's brand reputation in the local market and web space
- Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis situation
- Collate, analyse and evaluate media coverage
- Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic
- Work with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions
- Copy, edit, proofread and revise communications
- Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation
