Kestone - Recruitment Lead

Purpose of the position/role:

Head and lead the recruitment function for Kestone and build the recruitment infrastructure (team, processes, system, etc) and lead the talent acquisition function independently. The role also requires being the service delivery partner for managed manpower services (MMS) business and support in MMS business development.

Key responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

1. Acquiring best fitting talent for the organization in the shortest possible time in most cost effective manner

2. Building strong talent acquisition processes and systems

3. Working closely with business team for planning and pitching for business for managed manpower services (MMS)

4. Leading the talent acquisition team

Skills, Experience and who you are:

1. You have at least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment and have experience in volume hiring, head hunting, and senior executive hiring

2. You have at least 2 years of experience in managing team and can work independently with minimum supervision

3. You are a self-driven and highly motivated person who is approachable, empathetic, humble, confident, pleasant and willing to learn. You have a very positive attitude and outlook towards life and work

4.You are a great communicator and can communicate with impact and influence across levels and cultures

5. You are adept in conflict management and have high level of problem solving ability

6. You are highly process driven
