Key responsibilities:

- PM is responsible for the success of the project from start to end.

- PM is primary point of contact for Client for the project and throughout the project life cycle, proactively managing clear and constructive communications between rest of project team and the Client.

- PM shall ensure that commitments are being kept to Clients, and that deviations in deliverables or Client expectations are being recorded appropriately, communicated and justified properly.

- The PM makes project plans, budget, mobilizes resources, assigns responsibilities, coordinates service delivery, ensures that necessary iterations are incorporated, reports on progress, monitors risks and takes all necessary steps to ensure that project results are as good as possible.

- The Project Manager may be responsible for more than one project at a time.

- Very high sensitivity to customer satisfaction and delight

- Excellent team player qualities

- Knowledge of marketing and sales process

- Experience in event management

- Experience of marketing campaigns

- Excellent communication skills

- Good eye for detail

- Good estimation capabilities for time and work calculations

Educational Qualification/other qualification:

- Degree/Diploma in MBA Marketing

- Degree/Diploma in Event Management

- 4+ yrs of experience in Events Industry
