Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of projects on time and as per the quality expectations of the client
- Liaise and facilitate transfer of information between clients, business development teams, and delivery teams, in accordance with the established guidelines/ processes/ documentations
- Strive to reduce turnaround time on an ongoing basis
- Assist the sales team in acquiring key orders or accounts by way of proposal development, on-/off-site presentations, etc.
- Train and develop teams for projects as required
- Managing a Team of Research & Relationship executives and dedicated team of Inside Sales Specialist across India.
- Responsible for Planning, Budget, Allocation of Resources for all Projects/Programs
- Responsible for building performance and daily activity tracker.
- Continual motivation of team members in realizing their full potential by helping team perform at the optimum levels of energy and enthusiasm at all point in time.
Skills & Experience:
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English
- Presentable and confident
- Marketing knowledge
- Basic understanding of technology
- Experience should be in Events industry
Educational Qualification/other qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in MBA Marketing
- 4+yrs experience in CRM/CEP
