Purpose of the position/role :
As a growing and people driven organization, HR plays a key role in Kestone's success. It is a strategic function and has a high impact on the business. The role demands partnering with business and coach, counsel and guide people leaders on people issues across levels. Help them build and maintain a high performing team.
Key responsibilities :
Some of the key responsibilities includes, but are not limited to :
- Working closely with business/people leaders and partnering with them for building and maintaining a high performing team
- Talent acquisition
- Employee induction, development and training.
- Policy development and implementation
- Managing employee relations
- Managing Compensation and benefits. This would include conducting comp surveys, comp planning and administration
- Implementing Performance Management System and work on evolving it
- Support in developing and implementing effective Rewards & Recognition system
- Drive Employee Communication
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness & health
- Managing day to day HR operation activities
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities
Skills, Experience and who you are :
- You are a self-driven and highly motivated individual who is empathetic, humble, confident, willing to learn and have a very positive attitude and outlook.
- You understand how businesses run and at the same time understand the intricacies and complexity of people management/HR management and linking the same.
- You are a great communicator and can communicate with impact and influence across levels and cultures.
- You have rich and varied experience as HR generalist and have supported a business of at least 100+ distributed team
- You are adept in conflict management and have high level of problem solving ability
- You are process driven
Educational Qualification/other qualification :
- Degree/Diploma in MBA
- 4 +yrs of experience as a HR Business Partner
Salary Range : 5 - 9 LPA
