Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management - Associate - Investment Banking/Private Equity

The role entails active involvement in all areas of a deal cycle- prospecting, deal execution, portfolio management and exits. Involvement in sectoral analysis, market mapping, prospect calls/visits, due diligence and deal execution.

The essential responsibilities include:

- Work with the deal team in identifying, analysing and monitoring infrastructure investments. This includes deal analysis, deal appraisal, research, due diligence, ongoing management and reviews of investments

- Create detailed financial modelling, draft and review term sheets and transaction documents

- Track sector deals and developments and build understanding of sector macro trends.

- Develop high quality memos and presentations for Investment Committee

Experience Required:

- Total experience: 2-4 years' experience in Investment Banking or Consulting or Private Equity

- Experience in Private Equity is preferred

- Qualification: Post Graduation from any of the Top 50 Business Schools as per the NIRF of Ministry of Education/CA/CFA
