Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management - Analyst - Investment Banking/Private Equity

The role entails active involvement in most areas of a deal cycle - deal execution, portfolio management and exits. Involvement in sectoral analysis, market mapping, due diligence and deal execution.

The essential responsibilities include:

- Building and refining complex financial models.

- Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly

- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis for a range of investment initiatives

- Work with Executives and Investment team, deal team and business unit colleagues cross functionally on a regular basis.

- Oversee / maintain deal pipeline, track market sector activity, collate internal updates, create deal presentations for Investment Committee.

Experience Required:

- Total experience: 1-2 years' experience in Investment Banking or Consulting or Private Equity

- Experience in Private Equity is preferred

- Qualification: Bachelor of Technology from any of the Top 50 Engineering colleges as per the NIRF of Ministry of Education/CA/CFA

- Written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work in teams and with multiple stakeholders
