KENT - Deputy General Manager - Digital Marketing

- Determine digital strategy KENT CamEye and champion delivery of the agreed strategy

- Drive online as the channel of choice taking full responsibility for all online content and sales activity

- Champion the role of digital in all sales, retention and communication activity and provide digital knowledge input into customer and proposition development

Key responsibilities:

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the CamEye website.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, Social and PPC.

- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

- Maintain an understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends in consumer interaction with digital technology and inspire the organization with those possibilities

- Maximize online conversion through effective customer journeys and sales processes

- Build an understanding of digital opportunities throughout the wider organization

- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and best practice standards

- Needs to have proven skills and experience in:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of communication best practice

- Excellent influencing skills and an ability to forge effective working relationships with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and seniority
