- Prior experience of individually managing a product category
- Responsible for the overall strategy of the product category, driving business growth and achieving volume and revenue targets for the category.
- Prior experience of Digital Marketing
- Understand the category in depth to oversee value creation
- Responsible for developing product roadmap for new launches and meeting all product launch timelines at the desired spec and quality.
- Conduct detailed spend analysis and bench-marking, evaluate market and competitive conditions and use as a basis to create data based Category strategies and sourcing activities
- Drive key vendor relationship for the category, identifying strategic partners and negotiating better terms of trade and deals for customers
