Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generating new Clients and bringing in businesses

- Team Management

- Review performance of your team members and offer quarterly ratings to them

- Prepare comprehensive industry research reports on several verticals

- Upon conclusion of every report creation, actively generate sales of the same by reaching out to primary respondents connected with earlier who would be ideal target sources in purchasing the reports

- Create multi-factor regression models and decision tree analysis

- Analyze industry performance on parameters of market analysis, competition mapping, trend analysis, factor analysis and analysis of future outlook

- Competition mapping and working on M&A timeline

- Manage team: Train, assign tasks, manage work, work output and time line

- Manage, plan and direct the work in a team with a proper understanding of the sector

- Create Ad-hoc research and simulation exercise for the industry

- Adapt with the industry structure and change the approach for the research depending upon the sector and the geography

- Handle complete process of research

- Handle client queries and involvement in bespoke research process

- Build positive team culture

- Role model effective Mentorship

Key Skills Required :

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Prior Experience in team handling

- Strategic Thought Process and Innovative Approach

- Go Getter Attitude and Persuasive

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in research, with good exposure to team handling and target orientation
