Key Responsibilities: - Understand client needs thoroughly and effectively communicate our value proposition. - Lead the team in pitching our services and guiding clients through their journey with Ken Research. - Utilize CRM tools such as FreshSales and HubSpot to manage client interactions and track progress. - Prepare meticulously for initial client meetings, ensuring a methodical approach. - Gather and analyze client information during initial calls, utilizing the BANT framework. - Summarize meeting discussions and follow up with clear action items for next steps. - Develop comprehensive scopes and Table of Contents (TOC) tailored to client requirements, clearly outlining research objectives, timelines, methodologies, and sample sizes. - Create high-quality capability decks and educational content, including white papers, newsletters, and social media articles. - Understand the intent and objectives behind collateral creation, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals. - Nurture existing client relationships and generate repeat business through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery. Requirements: - Prior experience in market research or B2B sales is essential. - Strong understanding of client needs, value proposition pitching, and client journey articulation. - Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly FreshSales and HubSpot. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
