We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Inside Sales to lead our company's growth and expansion efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global business development strategies that enhance our market position and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to create business development strategies.
- Experience in leading inside sales/lead generation efforts in the USA, Europe, and APAC regions.
- Develop, implement, and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies for lead generation and new sales.
- Build, manage, and develop a team of Inside Sales Executives to create a robust pipeline of new enterprise clients globally.
- Partner with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts, and to drive demand generation programs.
- Have a strong understanding of the latest technologies and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to effectively execute campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Technology teams to understand the value proposition and create, implement, and execute campaigns that drive successful outcomes.
- Develop messaging and value propositions tailored to target audiences.(email temp.)
- Proactively analyze campaign outcomes and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.
- Test and experiment with innovative outreach strategies.
- Qualify leads and have a comprehensive understanding of the Outbound lead generation process.
- Have a deep understanding of MQL, SQL, and BANT parameters, with a proven track record of monitoring the conversion process.
- Be goal-driven and motivated to meet targets.Set the strategy and roadmap for the Inside Sales Team.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action as needed.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to executive leadership on sales performance and forecasts.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully closing complex deals in a global environment.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully closing complex deals in a global environment.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the latest technologies.
