Kellton - Business Analyst

- 6-8 years Relevant BA experience in Fintech/Financial Service Or Logistics and Warehouse Domain. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high level information into details.

- Elicit Business Requirements by collaborating with business partners to fully document the business need and finalize the most feasible approach.

- Collaborate with business partners to review and refine Business Requirements.

- Building relationships with a cross-functional group of senior and executive stakeholders. Work with design and engineering teams to enhance the deliverables from the value stream.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, Ability to communicate at all levels, from client to CEO Facilitating meetings, presentations and educational workshops for team members

- Ready to Travel to client location Agile and scrum process experience is a plus

- Hands on experience in creating UML, and Sequence Flow Diagrams Hands on Experience of conducting discovery and requirement gathering workshops
