Primary Function : Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to understand on-going business requirements, evaluate options within and outside Oracle Applications; provide a solution by working with internal and external partner resources; Drive and be responsible for on-going operational support initiatives and enhancements; Act as SPOC for GST compliance through IT systems. Working Relationships : - Reports to Associate Director - IT - Functional and Technical resouces/Experts (in house/outsourced) - Finance and Supply Chain team leaders; IT leaders in other regions across APAC and US Dimensions : - Operating budget (capital + expense) can be up to USD 0.1MM depending on projects/initiatives - Manage IT vendor resources aligned to programs - team sizes would vary depending on scale &amp; size of projects - Opportunity to streamline and improve Finance &amp; supply chain operational processes that involve IT systems including Oracle Applications Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities : - Understand and assess technology needs of functional stakeholders and improvement opportunities in Finance and Supply Chain, and deliver / enhance IT solutions for transactional needs aligned to: a. Purchase to Pay processes b. Order to Cash processes c. Make to Delivery processes d. Record to Report processes - Manage automaton projects for Finance and Supply Chain functions. - Manage User Acceptance testing for projects and Changes deployed. - Execute projects in analytics and integration for Finance and Supply Chain functions - Configure /re-configure Oracle applications in line with changes in business dynamics / processes. - Provide timely support for period reporting by business - Manage stakeholders across Finance and Supply Chain functions - securing on-going support, delivering on project objectives, providing regular &amp; timely status updates of IT projects/initiatives with IT management &amp; key stakeholders and ensuring effective operational support - Manage operating mechanisms effectively with functional partners as well as IT vendor teams to ensure adherence to quality and schedule standards Work Environment : - To be based out of Mumbai office. - Minimal travel may be required to visit plants. Preferred Education &amp; Experience : - Graduate; Chartered Accountant or MBA preferred - At least 8 years experience - Experience of working in captive IT units of multinational or large manufacturing organization(s) or IT consulting organizations - Experience of partnering with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders as business analyst / manager - Strong Functional knowledge in various modules of Oracle Applications across P2P, O2C, M2D and R2R processes. - Moderate technical knowledge of Oracle applications - tables, views, packages etc. - Experience in customization of forms and reports and forms personalization highly desired - Experience of working with process manufacturing, including costing is highly desired. - Exposure to Application Maintenance, ITIL preferred.
