What you'll do:
- Understand how Keka helps Founders, HRs, recruiters and employees, and identify opportunities/ideas that can make their journey simpler and more efficient
- Launch features, test their adoption/performance, and iterate constantly and quickly. Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
- Scope and prioritize activities in the product roadmap based on business and customer impact.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and wireframes/prototypes.
- Create marketing copy and product story for every feature release.
- Review/undertake competitor analysis to understand their respective strengths and weaknesses and reveal market gaps.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs balancing the business needs vs. product limitations.
What you bring:
- Minimum 7 years of experience of which 4 years is in Product Owner / APM / PM roles.
- Prior B2B SAAS product experience is a must
- Must have seen at least 2 versions of a product release.
- Obsessed with understanding the problems to solve, user needs.
- Strong UX and Design experience
- Drive customer discussions, engage with advocacy group, assimilate user voice, and transform user insights into feature roadmap.
- Prior experience in HCM / HRMS and Talent Management is a plus
