Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives! - Develop and implement effective talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. - Should have managed 500+ employees. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding HR policies and procedures - Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives - Champion a positive and inclusive company culture, fostering a diverse and collaborative work environment. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. - Identify and address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures to support company growth and expansion.
