Job Summary: As the Online Sales Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of our online sales operations. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial processes related to online sales channels, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis to support online sales performance evaluation.

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, expenses, and profitability for online channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Budget Management:

- Establish and manage budgets for online sales activities.

- Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Online Sales Reporting:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for online sales activities.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data related to online channels.

- Provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve online sales performance.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements related to online sales.

- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

- Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure adherence to relevant standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA is preferred.

- Proven experience in business/commercial finance roles, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods industry.

- Strong understanding of the D2C and marketplaces models.

- Extensive experience in account reconciliation and receivables management.

- Good communication and analytics skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
