Secretarial - Adherence to statutory compliance of entities in Corp. & Investment group - Corporate restructuring activities and other associated work related to external jurisdiction - Document management system & MIS NBFC & Statutory Compliances - Maintaining records & data for timely NBFC Compliances as per RBI regulations - Preparing MIS to Keep control of CRAR, NOF, Liquidity Framework, Concentration norms etc. - Keeping control of all Policies & committee meetings as required under RBI guidelines - Handling RBI queries , audits and other requirements, if any, from time to time - Preparation of NBFC specific disclosures for FS - Managing corporate governance under RBI Guidelines External Compliance - Compliance of RBI rules & regulations - Responsible for adherence of Compliance SOP, dashboard - Ensuring compliance & raising issues of non compliance in a timely manner - SPOC for compliance related clarifications - Monthly compliance reporting - Quarterly compliance certificate - Automation of compliance Internal assurance - SOP- Custodian of documents through DMS & version control - Member of core team in SOP reviews, changes & adoption of final document - Internal assurance for Trust Business function: - Validate standard template, legal documents & agreements - Assist in Statutory registration & licenses Experience of working in an NBFC will be preferred.
