Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Perform sourcing through various channels (job portals, linkedin, iimjobs etc) to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Proactively create applicant pool and talent pipeline for future
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Onboarding & Induction :
- Facilitate employee onboarding and induction of new joiners into business
- Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour
- Introduce team members
- Introduce him to the buddy
HRBP Support :
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintenance of employee records
- Assist with performance management process, HIPO identification
- Coordination for training programs
- Support in employee engagement activities, fun at work
- HR Data analysis (attrition,productivity,cost per hire,compensation analysis, performance rating analysis etc..)
- Creation of monthly HR dashboards, MIS
