Financial Modelling and Analysis

- Gather market intelligence data and develop reports on market attractiveness and potentials for developing project plans

- Initiates Financial Feasibility Modelling & Financial Structuring in discussion with Top Management and Accounts & Taxation

- Advices on valuation and financial analyses of company assets, cash flow modelling, property / portfolio modelling and due diligence

- Applies different techniques to analyse and value property assets, such as Net Asset Value (NAV), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), sales comparable, counter party risk, etc.

- Analyses current business model and identifies new avenues to debottleneck operations to ensure greater efficiencies the market

- Checks and validates valuation/due diligence reports given by external valuation agencies

- Identifies the replacement cost / market values of the assets through market surveys. Represents land /property related market analysis / research findings and recommendations to senior managers in proper formats and presentations

- Analyse all new proposals which are incorporated into business cases, including market and company analysis, strategic fit, value proposition, business models, - financial forecasting, sensitivity analysis and deal structuring

- Assist in developing land acquisition strategy by evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro /micro market analysis

- Conducts business portfolio analysis on a regular basis and develop ways to protect the returns from current assets to ensure that the organization continues its growth path

- Works in assigned projects independently or with support from Senior Management within agreed timelines MIS Reporting - Generates MIS for Top Management to evaluate business decisions - sale, merger, demerger, new business opportunity, new investment opportunity and more

- Generate monthly Reports on changing Micro and Macro economic conditions effecting businesses to be shared with top management
