Job description :
- Plan and support Supply Chain Risk Assessment surveys for Kazam and our key partners.
- Review and approve supplier health metrics, business continuity and disaster recovery plans towards onboarding new suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and resolve supply disruption risks to the organization including but not limited to: compliance, security and sustainability risks.
- Collect, track, and evaluate operational risk metrics and key performance indicators across Kazam Supply Chain.
- Lead the development of a supply chain compliance roadmap in accordance with existing geo-political, industry and market environment to mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate across internal and partner teams to program manage execution of deliverables in terms of schedule, budget and resourcing.
- Maintain awareness of trends and current events and inform stakeholders of potential risks.
- Data mining, analyses and presentations to executives as necessary.
- Develop process and cadence for regular data updates into our 3 rd party solution providers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans in a supply chain setting or in an outsourced manufacturing environment preferably from the electric/electronics domain.
- Familiarity with risk management standards and prevailing frameworks focused on supply chains.
- Overall ability to synthesise and simplify complex data and quantitative findings into meaningful business recommendations that drive financial and operational performance improvement.
- Go-getter who is able to cross organisational boundaries to get things done.
- Demonstrated cross-functional program management skills including project budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ability to onboard suppliers from across the geographies.
- Experience working with and maintaining databases and tools such as Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or related business and engineering disciplines in the electric/electronics/EV domain.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans in a supply chain setting or in an outsourced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail and a high level of comfort in working with numbers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a continuously shifting environment. Demonstrate self-driven initiative to identify process improvements and create and implement more efficient processes as needed.
