Job Specifications:

Responsibilities:

- Managing the recruitment life cycle

- Responsible for being the custodian of the PMS

- Facilitating the Appraisal cycle - Performance evaluation & Objective setting

- Providing orientation & induction to the new entrants to the system & Monitoring the progress based on the milestones & timelines decided

- Conceptualizing, Designing & implementing of Employee engagement initiatives

- Payroll management

- Monitor employee trends

- Stakeholder Management

- Statutory Compliances - Responsible for the Adherence to all applicable statutes & labor laws

- Custodian of the HR policies & procedures Implementation, Communicating & query resolution

- Developing & deploying systems & processes - to streamline & effectively execute the operation

- HR Cost - Custodian of the HR Cost & Spends

- Employee grievance redressal

- Providing valuable inputs to business & plan interventions for recognizing talent for internal growth

Requirements:

- 7+yrs of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition, PG/MBA preferred

- Strong influencing skills

- Strong experience in Stakeholder management, Team Management, Conflict Management
