Sales & Marketing:
- Manage day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance, and performance
- Sales targets, on-site campaigns, promotion planning, operations and Customer relation management
- Strategy formation and Growth planning
- Right utilization of the budgets for key accounts.
- Conduct Monthly Business review with partners.
- Create Weekly/Monthly reports and monitor performance, driven by on-site KPIs
- To Ensure Catalog and Listing Hygiene and achieve high content score
- Responsible for identifying new ways to improve site conversion, average order size, and other key performance indicators to maximize sales growth and profitability.
- Provide on-going strategic insights and recommendations of new marketplaces channels with growth plans.
Merchandising and Inventory Management:
- Ensure adequate forward stock cover and timely replenishments
- Monitor and drive strategic product/merchandising initiatives
- Create reports and monitor performance driven by Merchandising KPIs i.e Bestsellers, Sell-through % and stock cover.
- Share business projections with SCM team to plan S&Op.
Operations :
- Responsible for day to day operations
- Work closely with internal teams such as Brand Team, SCM & Accounts for all channel related requirement.
- Reconciliation of accounts by coordinating with the finance team
- Review and tracking of commercial agreements & contracts.
