Experience: Minimum 10 years (Post qualification) preferably in healthcare domain or commercial organization.

Qualification: CA with degree in any discipline is mandatory from reputed university.

Job profile:

- To act and work as a finance business partner role to the Unit business head and working closely with the corporate finance team as well.

- Supervise, track, and evaluate day - to- day activities, responsibilities including establishing financials controls by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting information

Reports to: Administratively to the Executive Director and Functionally with Group CFO.

Exercise functional supervision over unit finance team.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following.

Accounting system:

Prepare effective business plan and consolidate annual budgets for unit hospital.

Implement standardized financial / accounting systems and processes appropriate to functional and organizational requirements.

Set clear directions to team members in effectively executing the systems / processes including focus on areas to eliminate revenue leakage, strict adherence to policies and procedures

Review the final accounts statements by .... of every month. Ensure that provisions are adequately made; entries are made accurately in appropriate cost centers.

Review the P&L and balance sheet items and highlight variances.

Facilitate in preparation of meaningful MIS.

Fund management:

- Perform appropriate credit planning and availability of working capital on time.

- Disperse the funds to appropriate parties and prioritize payments as per business requirements.

- Maintain cordial relations with banks and secure loans / working capital limits as required.

- Ensure preparation and submission of proper bank documents / reports as per schedule.

Costing

- Establish costing systems and processes and create appropriate cost centers. Perform accurate and effective cost analysis and facilitate key business decisions.

Statutory Compliance

- Follow -up and review work pertaining to statutory requirements including direct and indirect taxes and other relevant statutes.

- Ensure establishment of appropriate system to maintain statutory requirements. Interface with statutory authorities and maintain cordial relations.

Stock and Inventory

- Monitor and review credit sales, receivables, pharmacy materials inventory etc. Review aging analysis report and drive for collection of overdue, plan for disposal of non-moving and obsolete stock.

- Check stock accuracy between physical stocks and book stocks and work towards bridging the deviations.

Internal and statutory audits

- Facilitate internal and statutory audits and ensure appropriate closing of accounts on time.

- Ensure successful completion of internal and statutory audits Interface with auditors and take corrective / preventive action to sustain and improve standards.

People development

- Continuously monitor and mentor direct reportees to achieve the set targets.

- Identify training needs and in coordination with Academy ensure timely execution of the training programs.

- Monitor reporting of all monthly KPIs that affect business.

- Review performance with individual departments and understand reasons for variance in performance. Support in developing corrective action plan to improve profitability
