Kauvery Hospital - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Business Analytics

Roles and Responsibility:

- Will work very closely with the leadership team of the organization

- Will be part of the existing team and will participate in business transformation, aligning the organization on its key priorities and creating and driving the right business strategies.

- Will have to work closely with senior executives across verticals and support them in decisions making.

- Will get to work with varied functions and attain experience in multi-faceted projects

- Deliver analytically rigorous and data-driven insights that help executives make strategic decisions and drive business prioritization.

- Develop dashboards, run point on key initiatives and establish process changes in the organization

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work well within a team in a fast paced environment

- Effective written and verbal communication

- Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas

Experience:

- Overall experience under 7 years

- Qualified MBA / CA

- Strong academic record including a degree

- Prior experience in Healthcare preferred

- Experience in data analytics/data science is a plus
