Kautilya Real Estate Fund objective is to structured investments in residential real estate housing projects in Delhi & Mumbai. The fund is backed by prestigious international institutional investors. Kautilya has offices in Delhi and Mumbai and has a team of professionals consisting of Chartered Accountants, MBAs, Lawyers and Engineers. Kautilya's approach involves in-depth due diligence, detailed documentation and project monitoring. Kautilya places extra-ordinary emphasis on quantitative analysis, modelling and logical reasoning. As is typical of roles in Investments/Investment Banking candidates need to be comfortable working long hours to meet timelines for deliverables. Kautilya is in active investment phase with a sizeable pipeline of transactions and has closed six transactions in the last twelve months. Roles and Responsibilities: - Financial Modelling and Analysis - Preparation of deal documentation including Investment Memos, Presentations etc. - Good written and oral communication skills in order to independently operate with teams working in Asset management, Legal and Accounting - Interaction with developers, capital markets teams and investment brokers - Primary and secondary research After an initial round of discussion, candidates will sit for a test that will include a case study.
