Kautilya Finance Investment Advisors ("Kautilya") is the investment manager of Kautilya Real Estate Fund ('KREF"), an alternative investment fund registered with SEBI. KFIA is focused on structured credit investments in residential real Estate projects in Delhi and Mumbai. KFIA has investor commitments in excess of Rs 2000crs. Kautilya is in an active investment phase. Kautilya's focus allowed for favorable market positioning within its target developers. Kautilya has been involved in approximately 30 investments since inception.

Job Description:

Activities commensurate with the functioning of an actively managed Finance team. The role involves the following:

- Customer Reconciliations

- Bank Reconciliations

- Third Party Reconciliations

- Strong Excel knowledge

- Strong Accounting knowledge

- Accounts experience within a real estate developer would be a plus

- Knowledge of real estate tax filings would be a plus

Requirements:

- Candidate MUST have Quantitative aptitude and have worked in Excel.

- Years of experience: 5 - 8 Years
