Kautilya Finance Investment Advisors ("Kautilya") is the investment manager of Kautilya Real Estate Fund ('KREF"), an alternative investment fund registered with SEBI. KFIA is focused on structured credit investments in residential real Estate projects in Delhi and Mumbai. Kautilya is in an active investment phase. Kautilya has been involved in approximately 30 investments since inception.

Financial Modelling and writeup Investment memo's

Key Responsibilities:

- New Investment Analysis

- Periodic Modelling of Investee Company positions

- Financial Schedules in Investment Docs

- Investment memo's and presentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree

- No prior work experience necessary

- In-depth knowledge and familiarity with Excel

- Fluency in English

Total Experience: 0-2 Years

Salary: 8-14 LPA based on candidate expertise
