Talent Acquisition Specialist
What your average day would look like :
- Work very closely with business leaders to drive the TA agenda across the organization
- Execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner
- Plan and coordinate events, assessment, and interviews for hiring candidates
- Serve as liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews
- Conduct background checks for shortlisted candidates
- Implement the on-boarding program for all selected candidates
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Provide advice and assistance to all levels on various recruiting/talent acquisition related matters
- Utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements
What you need to work with us :- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Prior experience in Tech / Non-Tech Hirings
- Willingness to learn and take up new challenges
- Ability to work independently, spontaneously with very less monitoring
- Go-getter and a team player with a can-do attitude
