Karza Technologies - Strategy Manager
New Product / Initiatives :
- Work closely with management teams on strategic projects, undertake research and provide qualitative & quantitative analysis for recommendations
- Identify new Markets, Products, build a business case, work with the product team to build a POC, identify potential customers and help the sales team to pitch to these customers - in short -Deliver projects related to Karza's corporate strategy or new initiatives - from conceptualization to successful implementation
New Partner identification & development :
- Identify new partners who can help expand the uses cases that Karza caters to and also drive revenue
- Establish a commercial structure with these partners, equip them with the right collateral/sales aids to enable them to be successful
- Manage the partner relationship and drive revenue
International Expansion :
- Identify potential markets for geographic expansion, conduct a market study including perspectives of the regulatory environment, competitor landscape, potential customer landscape and make recommendations on which product of Karza would be the best fit for the market
- Build a GoToMarket strategy for the identified geography
Research and Analysis:
- Assist in designing & content for company collaterals for potential clients, partnerships and more
- Manage analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights to various departments
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to define and implement best practices for improving efficiency
- Monitor the evolution of the fintech industry, competitive landscape, new technology developments and regulatory environment
