What your average day would look like: - Research data insights from the Indian Banking industry which will form the core of future projects - Liaise with internal team members and external parties to collate insights and data - Study and compile data on Customer journey through various banking systems - Research on tools and techniques important to upcoming projects like OCR and Computer Vision - Support internal team members in creating Training data for our ML algorithms - Own all the data efforts for the upcoming projects - Creation of Test Scenarios for testing the effectiveness of technology tools - Creation of Customer Profiling and applying analytics on the collated data What you need to work with us: - Proven work experience as a Business Analyst working with internal teams on timelines - Ability to objectively assess data insights and its impact on upcoming projects - Microscopic attention to detail and comfort around working with large amount of data - Ability to take data-driven decisions - Drive & Enthusiasm to proactively take up initiatives - Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities Experience and Qualification: - 2 years experience as Business Analyst - Previous exposure to technology related problem statements like OCR and Computer Vision is preferred - Previous exposure to BFSI space is preferred
