- Responsible for implementation of the Training policy across the zone.  - Responsible for complete training administration  - Identifying training needs in Branches provide inputs for design of training modules,  - Coordinate training with Zonal Heads and maintain records.  - Innovate effective interventions to enhance delivery potentials of sales channels.  - Induction of all new employees within TAT specified by Functional head.  - Co-ordination of Training Program through Class Room, Virtual Class Room and e-Learning Channels of delivery  - Create awareness on new product launches. Also provide training on other areas like underwriting guidelines, product basics & other need based trainings.  - Responsible for taking sessions on Investor Awareness Programme  - Maintain all records and MIS wrt training  - Responsible for Monthly Online Test & various learning initiative for the zone  - Designing and publishing the calendar for Functional Training Needs  - Act as a liaison and source of feedback directly to Sales Team & Functional Training Team
