Karvy - Senior Manager - Operations

Brief Job Description:

- To overview and manage the UTI Special Products department.

- Maintaining the agreed TAT between KCPL and UTI

- Providing leadership and guidance to staff and ensure team meets assignment expectations.

- Coordination with AMC Corporate office, Relationship management with AMC's Chief Managers throughout the Regions, Billdesk and the Bankers. MIS maintenance with Client ( AMC) on periodic basis of their portfolio activities

- Escalation handling.

- Preparation of various MIS and analysis.

- Coordination with IT Team for system enhancement or module development.

- Ensuring efficient delivery of agreed back office services

- Establishing and maintaining good relationship and providing agreed services to clients

Technical qualification:

- MS Office, good typing speed with accuracy

- Good communication skills

- Effective Client management

- Good Leadership skills.
