Karvy - Senior Manager - Marketing & Corporate Communications

Branding & Marketing :

- Branding & Marketing including increasing the brand visibility, brand identity, aligning the branding activities for awareness among key audience

- Managing market communication activities branding, advertising, & event and promotions

- Developing advertising materials which include Social Media content, corporate film, brochures, newspaper advertisements, outdoor advertisement, and newsletters

- Presentations material for client visits

- Preparing & managing the annual marketing & communications budget, ensuring cost-effective marketing management and vendor negotiations to end under-budget

- Developing unique branding ideas to capture market share from competitors

 Corporate Communications :

- Responsible for firm's corporate communications program including media relations, analyst relations, trade shows and special events

- Weekly / Monthly/ Quarterly / Annual communication to client

- Event based messaging & greetings

- Analyzing information related to relevant areas for evolving business communication strategies.

- Release of publications/newsletters.

- Designing communication strategies that promote and support the company

- Crisis Communication & Executive Communication

Content management :

- Developing content for advertising and positioning the company among target groups and competitors.

- Ensure smooth flow of information both internal and external to the organization.

- Research and develop unique initiatives to promote the brand and the organization

- Website contents updating the changes as and when required (both from client and internal)

PR & Advertising :

- Manage media relations across social, print & electronic media

- Networking with media personnel and establishing long-standing associations with them.

- Coordinating with PR & advertising agencies for developing communication plans based on specific media objectives and analyzing evaluations post advertising to utilize in subsequent media plans.

- Liaison with the media and target audience and regular interactions with them

Intranet & social media :

- Website & Intranet portal development and maintenance

- Initiating knowledge management within the organization towards knowledge-sharing

- Updating manuals, policies, product training manuals and operational processes for internal communications

- Tracking and following company blogs on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter)

- Conducting Social Media campaigns and promoting the Best practices implemented in the organization, publish the newsletters, Organizational events, Improvising the Corporate Facebook Page, Manage twitter and other social media products.
