Job Description :

- Take responsibility for overall management and delivery of the business pertaining to the specific Mutual Fund. To guide, and act as mentor to the unit /team as they deliver and service, providing high quality output and productivity to AMC, Distributors and Investors homes

- The Unit Manager will ensure the smooth everyday running of the core team/unit, ensuring that SLAs are met and that quality targets are reached and maintained

- To communicate and be the focal point of dissemination of information from management and client to the team and vice versa.

- Ensure, delegating as appropriate, that each function / process is adequately managed, staffed and resourced.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Candidate must have experience in Mutual Fund Industry.

- Team Handling experience

- Should be willing to relocate with family if selected.
