Purpose of role (KRAs) :
Develop and grow the market for both Equity & Debt PMS and Alternate investments schemes within specified geography/state
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure grow in sales of PMS offerings in designated territory/region
- Work closely with agents & Channel partners to develop a network in the region and drive revenue
- Manage relationship with existing agents & negotiate contracts/schemes
- Accompany the agent for clients engagement & meeting to position product benefits & risk
- Identify pockets of growth with respective agents, analyse trends & develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities of investment
- Develop & exploit your own network of HNI
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Experience of 5-7 years in B2B sales role, selling & servicing HNIs/Corporates & personal finance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, build & maintain relationships
- Good presentations skills in a professional format
- Commercial acumen ability to work with agents/partners/retail distribution team members
- Demonstrate expertise in independent planning, managing & executing sales strategy
- Proven track record in PMS sales
Qualifications :
Mandatory : Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance
Preferred : NISM certification & sales certification
