Purpose of role

Responsible for training the franchise team and franchisee via meetings and webinars on the derivative analysis

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the Current Broader Equity Market, Sectoral and stock trends and Create Forward Looking Outlook on them.

- Preparing the training plan in consultation with Business Head

- Training the franchise team and franchisees on regular basis & develop the knowledge on derivative.

- Awareness of the product on regular basis for the development of the business.

- Invitation Mails to be sent to the respective stake holders for training programme

- Maintaining the Training Records & MIS

- Create and maintain databases using data from different sources.

- Responsible for client engagement.

- Preparing feedback report on goal sheet parameters on quarterly basis

- Design and update analytical models for derivative analysis

- Create new ideas, Conduct research and test them for trade or portfolio based derivative hedge strategies and use quantitative techniques to test and finalize ideas.

- Provide timely, accurate and thorough support to both internal and external client's on derivative related queries

- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with internal and external clients

- Ensuring the trainings have been scheduled and completed as per mode

- In conjunction with the Business Head, Prepare Business Performance reporting providing monthly analytics for areas of training
